Helplink Mental Heath relies on the generosity of all Coldtober dippers and donors to support their work throughout the year.
2025
Our 5th year to take to the cold waters, and the number of brave dippers is growing each year to support Helplink Mental Health during Mental Health Month.
2024
We are proud of our dippers, Lion Mona Eames, Lion Michelle Flanagan and Junior Lion Anna Fahy. All funds through iDonate will go directly to this great cause, backed up by funds from Portumna and District Lions Club.
2023
We successfully participated in Coldtober 2023 and presented a cheque for €1500 to Lochlann Scott Helplink Mental Health’s CEO. Despite facing freezing temperatures, some of the members braved the cold and dedicated their time and effort to raise funds and awareness about the importance of supporting the essential services of Helplink Mental Health.
